The Inspection Process
Generally, the inspection will last 2-3 hours, depending
on variable property conditions. We strongly encourage
your attendance, so that we may discuss any problematic
components with you during the inspection and answer
any questions you may have.
Within 24-48 hours of the inspection, we will professionally
prepare and priority mail a well organized inspection
report with detailed explanations and corresponding
photos of problematic components.
We believe it is essential to review the collected data for
accuracy and proper documentation of problem areas
before delivering the final inspection report to our clients.
This is our way of ensuring that you receive the most value
for your investment.
The summary report will also be emailed to our client, and/or your realtor during this time period. | Inspected Components

systems that are accessible on the day of
the inspection. No destructive testing or
dismantling of building components is
